Filed in: Humor No Comments

I frequently read Failblog for humorous pictures of things that don’t quite work out the way it was supposed to.

I found this little gem:

Basically, Guinness has a record for ‘Most Invidiuals Killed in a Terrorist Act‘ and has a link for anyone who ‘breaks this record‘. Instead of coming clean, fixing it and take the mistake in stride; they sent one of my favorite blogs a letter from their legal team to not use their logo and to take down the post.

The internet fought back…

New start

I spent a good part of last night transferring my website from an obscure subdirectory of another hosted plan to one of its’ own. So far so good since you are reading this post. Hopefully this will give me the motivation to actually update it with things of interest. I’ve been thinking lately how the internet has changed every aspect of our lives and I’d like to point out some trends and flaws in how we use the technology. In the past few months Twitter has gone from a collection of geek types and early technology embracers to mainstream media with Oprah and Ashton Kutcher replacing names like Robert Scoble and Merlin Mann. You’re probably thinking ‘I know the 1st two but who are those last two name?’

How life has changed in a little over 30 years.
